Hello and “shout-out” to all my low-histamine vegan peeps!

If you’re just beginning to follow a low-histamine diet while also trying to keep it vegan, you’ve come to the right place! After posting about my own low-histamine vegan experience back in spring of 2016 (click here to read!), I’ve received countless messages from people suffering from histamine intolerance and food allergies.

Personally, I believe that doing low-histamine can open doors for you to figure out what else is going on in your body. If you’ve been experiencing stomach pains, bloating, hives, or other symptoms, doing a temporary low-histamine diet may be right for you (the long term consisting of eating foods that work well with YOUR system, and avoiding those that don’t)! Eating low-histamine certainly helped me pinpoint food sensitivities, which caused me to shift my diet to healthier (plant-based) choices.

Plants are amazing healers and when given the opportunity, can help you get back on track and keep your system running top notch.

That’s why I’ve been working on developing a collection of low-histamine vegan recipes, to be available to my LH Vegan VIP’s as soon as it’s released!
